About the Course
Available as a top-up for students who have completed a relevant Level 5 qualification. You will learn the specialist skills needed to enter the performance industry working as a make-up or prosthetics artist as well as a hair/wig dresser and maker.
Please note: A risk assessment is required for those who are pregnant or suffer from asthma.
Merit or Distinction profile from a Foundation Degree, University Diploma or Higher National Diploma in a relevant subject plus a portfolio of recent creative work. |

At the end of each unit, there is a summative practical assessment and hand in of research project associated with the brief. All work for each summative assessment will be professionally photographed with a one-to-one tutorial on completed work.
Those looking to continue their education at postgraduate level can progress to suitable courses at University or into work within the theatre, film, TV and advertising industries.
