Dan Hards
Dan was appointed as a Teacher of Film and Media at Esher Sixth Form College in 2003, and in that time has worked in both pastoral and curriculum roles including Staff Governor and Assistant Principal, before being appointed Principal of Esher Sixth Form College in 2022.
In 2022, Dan oversaw Esher Sixth Form College achieving Ofsted Outstanding across all areas of the grading, with the inspection reflecting the hard work and commitment that all the staff had invested into the College and its community over the years.
Dan has lived in the Redhill area all his life and has three daughters who all attend local schools.
