ESC students excel during Canon work experience

In July 2016 Canon UK invited local colleges and sixth form schools to send students to them for a week's work experience. All students were challenged to produce a video diary of their experience at Canon for the week.
East Surrey College students excelled during the work experience programme. IT Level 3 student Matheus Crispim Da Silva won the PR task. A Canon representative commented that Matheus put forward "an outstanding pitch" and that the company would be using some of his ideas in their actual campaign.
IT Level 3 student William Hitt was named the overall winner of Canon Class of 2016 with his video diary of the week. Watch William's video here.
Following his successful week, Canon offered William an extended work experience placement during 2016/17 as well as asking him to consider Canon's apprenticeship scheme once he completes his course at the College.
