An EFL Christmas!
Date: 02 December 2019
Part-time EFL students celebrated Christmas early, as the Autumn term of their course finished at the end of November!
The students, from Cambridge EFL Advanced C1 and Cambridge EFL Intermediate B2 courses came together in the Winter Garden for a very multicultural feast. Students brought along traditional food from their home countries, which included Denmark, Germany, Spain and India and everyone feasted on treats from around the world.
Irene Eveleigh, EFL & ESOL Lecturer, commented:
"We had some fantastic biscuits from Germany, a very sweet dessert from India and home-made mince pies made by [tutor] Anne!"
The students are looking forward to their course resuming in January, and the chance to further their skills in English!
