ESC takes on the Curtis Packaging Centre of Excellence Competition
04/04/2024
Date: 10 April 2024
With GCSE’s and other exams scheduled to start in May as well as the end of the academic year fast approaching, here at Orbital South Colleges, we understand there is a lot of pressure to do well in exams, which can be overwhelming and have an impact on a young person’s mental health.
It is quite normal to feel anxious about taking exams, and this is a natural response. But how can you cope with your mental health and do well in exams?
In partnership with YMCA, East Surrey College will be delivering an Anxiety & Exam Stress Drop-in Q&A session in the Common Room on Wednesday, 17 April from 12:30 to 13:30.
This session will focus on exam stress, touching on information about what anxiety and stress look like and help to provide insight and support. As well as provide students with the opportunity to ask any questions.
If you are a current student and want to attend sign up or ask your questions today or for more wellbeing information, visit the East Surrey wellbeing hub - https://www.esc.ac.uk/about-esc/support-for-students/wellbeing-hub
