New products for Motor Vehicle!
Date: 13 February 2019
On 30 January, we welcomed Andy Brown from Fuchs Lubricants UK who came in to speak with our Motor Vehicle and Motor Sports students and Apprentices. He delivered a seminar on engineering processes and the company's lubricant products and their use in the industry.
2 weeks on, and Stoke-based Fuchs Lubricants have very kindly sent the department a range of their products, for use in the College's Motor Vehicle workshops.
Pictured below are Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Level 1 students and members of the Engineering & Motor Vehicle department with the products sent by Fuchs Lubricants, which included greases, engine oils and coolants.
Richard Drayson, Motor Vehicle Technician, shared:
“It’s like Christmas Day for us! These products will be really useful for the department and for the students – it gives them a good idea of what is available in the industry.”
