A Visit from Crispin Blunt MP
Date: 19 November 2021
We were delighted to welcome Crispin Blunt, Member of Parliament for Reigate & Banstead, who spoke with our Public Services, Business and Accounting students.
Mr Blunt began with an overview of his career, from his military education at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to his election as an MP in 1997. He then carried out surveys amongst the students to find out more about their home constituencies as well as the specific careers they are aiming for, which include the Police and Armed Forces.
He then welcomed insightful questions from the students, with subjects ranging from climate change and BTEC qualifications to Mr Blunt’s own career goals.
We would like to thank Mr Blunt for his time speaking with our students.
