My Stammer is Me

Film & TV Level 3 student Michael has put together a fantastic video for his final major project, which draws on his own experience of stammering. Michael reached out to actor and comedian Michael Palin, after attending a course at The Michael Palin Centre for Stammering, and invited friends to share their experiences as well. He commented
"I wanted people to talk from the heart, I wanted the video to be raw."
For his video, titled ‘My Stammer is Me’, Michael "wanted to change perceptions on stammering" and was grateful for the support and feedback he received from his tutors. After College, Michael is hoping to undertake an Apprenticeship in the film and TV industry. We’re excited to share the trailer with you below, look out for the full video on his channel.
