Fashion and Media Students take a trip to Mac
Date: 21 November 2022
As part of their Fashion and Media unit, students from Hair and Media Make-up Level 2 and 3 and Make-up, Special Effects & Hair for Media & Performance (FdA and BA Hons) attended a trip to the Mac Pro store on Carnaby Street.
Throughout their course, students are encouraged to embody industry practices and knowledge. The trip to MAC gave students an opportunity to become familiar with product information by watching professional demonstrations.
Students were able to attend a masterclass learning about products, techniques and professional etiquette whilst working on editorial shoots and London Fashion Week. The masterclass was delivered by a Pro Artist who works for MAC.
Throughout the session, students were able to ask key questions about the delivery of customer service, alongside learning more about the professional products and shopping with an artist.
