Teacher Training Courses at ESC!

We are pleased to announce that our Teacher Training courses will be offered from September as blended learning! This means students can enjoy a mix of both classroom-based practical learning as well as online sessions.

The Level 3, 4 and 5 in Education & Training gives you the capacity to fit study in around your lifestyle. The added flexibility of online learning means the course can fit in great with your commitments, in addition to getting stuck into more hands-on work in scheduled classroom sessions. If you’re looking to perfect your evaluation and assessment techniques and inspire a new generation, this is the course for you!

Our lecturer Jose, who will be teaching the courses, gave us a great insight into where the course can take you. He said “education plays a major role in transforming people's lives and therefore teachers have the power to transform lives. Surely then, it is incredibly important that teachers are not just told what to teach, but how to teach.”

Whether you’re just starting your career journey and need an introduction to teaching, or you’re looking to use your industry experience to train others, there is a course for everyone from Awards to Diplomas. All courses will give an insight into the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, as well as how to successfully deliver teaching.

The course encourages students to identify their needs and aspirations, plan and deliver inclusive teaching, and design and apply appropriate assessment methods.
