Benjamin chose Applied Science as he liked the real-life applications of the traditional Science subjects that the course offered and felt this would open up a broad spectrum of career choices.
“I really enjoyed the practical elements of the course, where we could place ourselves in scientists’ shoes and put our skills into application”.
He was also inspired by trips to The Old Operating Theatre, and The Science Museum in London.
“I would definitely recommend East Surrey College. The teachers really care about their students and will do anything to help them get where they want to be in life.”
Benjamin has been offered a place at St George's University, London to study Radiography.
