Aviation Operations Level 3 - Alfie

Alfie studied on our Aviation Operations Level 3 course and was offered the opportunity of work experience with Airbus!
Alfie undertook a week-long virtual work experience, during which he discovered various aspects of the company from their commercial operations such as the Airbus family (A319, A320 and A321) to their ambitions in spaceflight and worked alongside other organisations to set up a moon base.
"The work experience also helped me with my job application skills eg how to write a great cover letter and say why I wanted the role at Airbus. Overall, it was a fun experience learning more about Airbus and how it operates and functions plus I thoroughly enjoyed it!"
Alfie chose the Level 3 Aviation Operations course because he has a lifelong passion to work in the aviation industry; ever since he was young everything about airports and aircraft fascinated him and now at ESC he can study one of his favourite topics.
Alfie progressed onto an Air Transport Management course at UWL, to get one step closer to his career ambitions.
