Business Management FdA - Alam

Alam came from a background of science-based A Levels and decided to retrain for a career in Business. 

After phoning the College and asking to speak with the Director of HE, she "felt excited! He was really clear on what the course was all about and I was so interested in the College.” She then decided to enrol on the Business Management Foundation Degree, which fitted around her job in youth work. 

Now in the second year of the course, Alam has enjoyed learning about Human Resources - "It's like the magic behind the scenes!", and is an active student governor, regularly taking part in Learning and Quality Committee Meetings at the College. 

She has recently graduated from the University of Surrey with a BSc in Business Management, and is currently working at ESC as a College Youth Worker and Project Manager.
