Cabin Crew Level 2 - Lucy

Former student Lucy studied Travel & Tourism at school and knew that she wanted to work towards a career in Cabin Crew. 

"I've always had a passion for travel, and Cabin Crew was the perfect way for me to work and do what I love."

Lucy benefitted from her experienced tutors, who had previously worked at British Airways, and was able to give Lucy and her peers tailored application advice and guidance. This led to her securing a job at the airline, as she now flies with BA from Gatwick Airport.

"I loved the course, it gave me a real insight into what Crew is like and made me want to get the job even more."

Throughout the course, Lucy also enjoyed activities to support her learning, such as a trip to the BA Training Centre which "gave [her] a taste of what my own training would be like."

She now wants to continue working with BA and progress onto a managerial role, and described East Surrey College as "a caring environment that encourages all to achieve."
