Brickwork Level 1 Diploma (Full Time)

Bricklaying is one of the traditional trades both in the UK and around the world. Those studying bricklaying will learn a variety of skills to enable them to build, repair and maintain the country's housing stock.

Brickwork Level 2 Diploma (Full Time)

Building on the skills learnt during the Level 1 programme, you will extend your skills and knowledge with more challenging activities.

Carpentry (Bench or Site) Level 2 Diploma (Full Time)

After learning the basic skills at Level?1, you can follow one of two routes: Site carpenters will work on building sites erecting and fitting timber. Bench carpenters will manufacture items such as roof trusses and staircases ready to be delivered to the building site to be installed by the site carpenters.

Carpentry & Joinery Level 1 Diploma (Full Time)

This Level 1 qualification provides an introduction to carpentry and joinery skills. It allows students to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in carpentry or joinery.

Construction Multi-Skills Level 1 Diploma (Full Time)

This is a basic construction course that is an introduction to several disciplines that form part of the construction industry.

Design, Surveying & Planning for Construction T Level (Full Time)

This technical qualification is intended for those who want to progress to a career in the Construction sector, with a focus on Surveying and Design. You will also cover specialist units such as: measure the built environment, analyse the built environment, design the built environment and verify delivery of the built environment. Whilst on your employer led work placement you will complete an employer set project, which is an essential part of the overall qualification.

Electrical Installation Level 1 Diploma (Full Time)

You will learn the basic skills required for a career in electrical installation and on successful completion of this course you will be able to progress on to Level 2.

Electrical Installation Level 2 Diploma (Full Time)

This qualification provides you with the underlying knowledge and abilities needed to progress in Electrical Installation and will allow you to support a fully qualified electrician on site.

Painting & Decorating Level 1 Diploma (Full Time)

This quali?cation is for students who wish to enter into a career in the painting and decorating industry. The course covers basic preparation and painting and decorating skills.

Painting & Decorating Level 2 Diploma (Full Time)

Building on the skills learnt on the Level?1 programme, you will extend your skills and knowledge with more challenging activities.

Plumbing Level 1 Diploma (Full Time)

This Level 1 qualification will provide you with the basic plumbing skills used in industry.

Plumbing Level 2 Diploma (Full Time)

This Level 2 qualification builds on the skills learnt at Level 1 and allows you to carry out installations of kitchen, bathroom and sanitary ware.

Bricklayer Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Please note you must be employed before applying for this Apprenticeship. Bricklayers lay bricks, blocks and other types of building components in mortar to construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches and other structures e.g. chimney stacks. They might also refurbish brickwork and masonry on restoration projects. The range of sites and projects that bricklayers will work on include large commercial developments, new builds in housing, alterations, extensions and restorations.

Building Services Design Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Please note you must be employed before applying for an apprenticeship. We can support your company with this apprenticeship. We are an approved organisation to deliver the BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment (Building services pathway). We also deliver the NVQ in the workplace. These are both recommended qualifications for this Apprenticeship Standard.

Some of the main duties and tasks of a Construction Quantity Surveyor include ensuring that comprehensive study has been undertaken of the whole life aspects of the project and the understanding of the client's needs and managing the selection of the specialist contractors for the project.

Civil Engineering Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

We are an approved organisation to deliver the BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment (Civil Engineering pathway). This is a recommended qualification for this Apprenticeship Standard

Construction Design & Build Technician Level 4 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Please note you must be employed before applying for an apprenticeship. As a construction design and build technician, you will help to coordinate design information on construction projects and be mainly based on construction sites, with occasional time in offices. This Apprenticeship includes an HNC qualification and typically takes 3 years depending on experience.

Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Level 4 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Please note you must be employed before applying for this Apprenticeship. The occupation covered by this standard is Construction Quantity Surveying Technician. Some of the duties and tasks of a Construction Surveying Technician include Assisting senior managers with the budgeting of construction projects, control of costs during a construction project and selection and management of specialist contractors.

Construction Site Engineering Technician Level 4 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Some of the main duties and tasks of a Construction Site Engineering Technician include dimensional control of construction projects, assisting design teams with civil engineering solutions on construction projects and supervision of specialist contractors.

Construction Site Management Level 6 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Please note you must be employed before applying for this Apprenticeship. Some of the main duties and tasks of a Construction Site Manager include ensuring that safe systems of work are in place on their site and that all staff and operatives on site adhere to those systems and safe standards of behaviour and managing interfaces between the various stakeholders associated with the site.

Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Some of the main duties and tasks of a Construction Site Supervisor include supervision of specialist contractors, the control of health and safety standards on construction projects and control of quality of works on a construction project.

Installation Electrician / Maintenance Electrician Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Please note you must be employed before applying for an apprenticeship. Our Level 3 Electrical Installation Apprenticeship is suitable for new entrants to the Electrical industry. Apprentices must have achieved good GCSE grades for maths and English. Modules studied at college include Health, Safety and Environmental Considerations, Electrical Scientific Principles and Technologies, Design and Installation Practices and Procedures, Plan and Oversee Electrical Work Activities, Terminations and Connections of Conductor, Installation Practices and Procedures or Practices and Procedures for Maintenance, Fault Finding, Inspection Testing and Commissioning, Wiring Regulations There is a 3 day end assessment for this Apprenticeship

Painter and Decorator Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Please note you must be employed before applying for this Apprenticeship. Painters and Decorators operate in domestic and commercial properties and undertake the decoration and protection of buildings. Properties include houses, schools, offices, hospitals factories and construction sites.

Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technicians plan, select, install, service, commission and maintain all aspects of plumbing and heating systems. Plumbing and domestic heating technicians can find themselves working inside or outside a property. Customer service skills and being tidy and respectful are important qualities as they can often find themselves working in customers? homes as well as on building sites.

Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

This Property maintenance standard is suitable for individuals who ensure that structures such as residential properties through to commercial and industrial premises are in good working order.
