About the Course
This course allows you to complete the Construction & The Built Environment (Building Services Engineering) HNC in one year.
This programme provides an excellent opportunity to gain both a qualification and skills within a challenging and rewarding discipline. You will develop skills and knowledge to manage, design and install building services engineering systems. Optional modules will develop specialist pathways for various career paths and this qualification will allow you to progress in your career or on to further study.
Two A-Levels grade C or equivalent Level 3 qualification in Construction & The Built Environment. Alternatively previous experience in the construction industry will be considered. |
Individual Project (Pearson-set) // Construction Technology // Science & Materials // Construction Practice & Management // Legal and Statutory Responsibilities in Construction // Construction Information (Drawing, Detailing, Specification)
Plus two optional units.
Continuing ongoing planned assignments and practical assignment tasks in some units.
Higher National Diploma, University Degree, Professional Qualification such as RICS or CIOB.
