Date: 23 January 2023

Following the incident that took place at the College in November 2022 an investigation was carried out by Surrey Police and this remains a police matter.

Those involved in the incident are no longer students at East Surrey College.

This incident was rare and was addressed quickly and effectively alongside Surrey Police.

Safeguarding our students and staff is the number one priority at the college. We have and will continue to provide excellent support for our students and staff.
