Love Our Colleges

East Surrey College are proud to show their support for Colleges Week 2019 which takes place from Monday 14 October to Friday 18 October.

The ‘Love Our Colleges’ campaign, as part of the Association of Colleges, brings together colleges from across the country to celebrate the great teaching, support and enrichment.

At East Surrey College, students have the chance to study an exciting range of subjects, spanning growing industry sectors. Teaching at the College is work-focused, meaning tutors come straight from industry and prepare students with the skills they need to excel practically.

A key aspect of College life is extracurricular and enrichment activities, as the College’s activity programme includes sports, cooking, a ‘chill out zone’ and more

There is an exciting calendar of events at ESC, with College-wide events such as the Job Fair, Raising Aspirations Week and fundraising activities. East Surrey College are proud to have strong links with local and national employers, helping students to find work experience and gain career guidance.

We spoke to Amran Mohamed, Student Member and President of the ESC Student Union, who commented:

"All staff members are incredibly supportive and understanding and the College is very wheelchair friendly. There is a variety of choice in courses in which are enjoyable to participate in and the College provides loads of educational trips and activities for students to enhance their learning."
