New Skills Partnership Opens Doors for the Local Community 

Orbital South Colleges (OSC) are delighted to have partnered with Rewards Training. This unique partnership allows students and residents across Crawley, Redhill and the South-East to access high quality adult training that can continue into Further Education with OSC.  

The partnership focuses on a lifelong learning formula for adults to builds skills, gain qualifications and create futures for those looking to reskill or grow their current skillset. The programme will offer bitesize skills, to understand a topic further, taster sessions, gain an overview of an area before deciding to sign up to longer courses and qualifications. The goal is to give learners the opportunity and confidence to build the skills required for their chosen career path through this unique stepping stone programme of bite sized skills

We have carefully mapped qualifications from the starting point including career planning, next steps and choices across a wide range of vocational careers which is unique to every single learner and their ambitions.
