They might also refurbish brickwork and masonry on restoration projects. The range of sites and projects that bricklayers will work on include large commercial developments, new builds in housing, alterations, extensions and restorations.

Digital Marketer BSc (Hons) Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

The distinctive feature of the Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship (DMDA) is its emphasis on the workplace as a learning and development environment. You will find clear relationships between your assignments and taught module content drawn upon in the workplace, and your role in it. We will be using case study examples from students and their organisations, to create a greater understanding of marketing strategies, customer requirements and a range of digital channels such as social media, websites and emails. You will gain a critical appreciation of the elements which digital marketing strategies cover. This course is endorsed by University of Chichester.

General Welder (Arc Processes) Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)
Please note you must be employed before applying for an apprenticeship. Welding apprentices will receive formal tuition in our workshop alongside theory sessions to support their role in the workplace. This new apprenticeship standard requires the apprentices to pass nationally recognised welder assessments which will include destructive and non-destructive tests carried out by qualified inspection personnel.
Hair Professional Level 2 Barbering Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Human Resources Consultant Level 5 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Individuals in this role will use their HR expertise to provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges, together with tailored advice to the business in a number of HR areas, typically to mid-level and senior managers. They could be in a generalist role, where they provide support across a range of HR areas - likely to be the Core HR option; or a specialist role, where they focus on and have in depth expertise in a specific area of HR - likely to be Resourcing, Total Reward, Organisation Development, or HR Operations. Whichever of these is chosen, they will have a good grounding across the whole range of HR disciplines as this is contained in both of the qualification options included in this standard.

Mechatronics maintenance technicians carry out a broad range of activities which may include installation, testing, fault finding, rectification, modifications and the on-going planned maintenance of complex automated equipment. This requires the application of a blend of skills, knowledge and occupational behaviours across the electrical, electronic, mechanical, fluid power and control systems disciplines.
Metal Fabricator Level 3 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)

Metal Fabricators use a wide range of products such as channels, rolled steel joists, metal sheet, steel plates and columns to assist in their tasks. Metal Fabricators work with a wide range of metals including aluminium, titanium and steel. Work includes manufacturing bridges, oil rigs, ships, petro-chemical installations, cranes, platforms, aircraft, automotive and machinery parts, sheet metal enclosures, equipment supports, and anything that can be fabricated out of metal. Fabricators can work alone or in teams, in factories or on operational sites.

Cloud Computing FdSc (HE Full Time)
This Foundation Degree includes the study of such topics as cloud computing, concepts in software development, networks forensics, computer systems and security, and cloud architecture, all of which will provide solid foundations in understanding the new revolution in data storage and processing through a series of cloud computing services.
We will introduce students to a selection of current technologies like cloud architecture and designing for the enterprise so to enable smooth migration of operational and IT solutions to remote cloud services. We will also introduce software and database concepts to delve deeper into the world of cloud computing and data analytics. Students will have the opportunity to use industry-standard tools and services like the ones provided by Amazon's AWS and to develop employability skills through practical projects both in the classroom and the cloud computing platforms.
